Kyle Baird is a graduate of Brigham Young University, where he acquired his undergraduate degree, and University of Virginia Law School, where he acquired his juris doctorate. After working for 8 years at large defense firms, Kyle Baird joins Caryn Groedel & Associates during the Black Lives Matter campaign with a new perspective on equality in the workplace. Kyle’s focus at CT&A is on cases involving insurance companies’ wrongful denial of claims, whistleblower claims, breach of contract claims, and claims for race and national origin discrimination.
