Henna Schafer

Henna Schafer is in her third year at the University of Akron School of Law, where she is a member of the Trial Team. She also served as the Second Year Class Representative for the American Constitution Society Student Chapter.

During her 2019 summer internship with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, Henna worked closely with the Regional Director on cases involving various forms of employment discrimination.

At Caryn Groedel & Associates, Henna continues to focus on employment discrimination involving age, race, gender, disability, national origin, pregnancy, and religion. Her work also covers harassment, retaliation, and public-policy cases in Ohio and other states.
