Cynthia L. Sands is an experienced trial lawyer with 25+ years of litigation experience, with her primary emphasis being employment law.  She represents clients pursuing claims for wrongful termination, discrimination (based on disability, race, national origin, age, and gender),  retaliation, harassment, and violation of wage and hour standards, among other employment-related claims.

Ms. Sands practiced law in Los Angeles, California for several years before returning to Ohio where she was raised.  She enjoys making pottery, and is an animal lover with 2 dogs and 2 cats.
